1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the item is securely packed to avoid any damage during return shipping.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with returning your item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a full refund or replacement for defective or damaged products at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging when contacting customer service.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return after receiving the item.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or PayPal account. If the refund is not reflected, contact your bank or PayPal. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@luxvaa.com.
