At LUXVAA, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our support team at customerservices@luxvaa.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), LUXVAA will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.

  • Customer Remorse: For all other returns (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), the customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

4. Damaged and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
